Create :
A. Instrument Type
B. Instrument Tag ( tag name/ tag number )
C. Instrument Loop ( Loop Number )
D. Instrument Index
E. Instrument I/O List
F. Instrument Cable Schedule.
G. Instrument wiring ( Junction box, marshalling, cabinet control system )
H. Instrument Loop Diagram
I. Instrument Calculation
J. Instrument data sheet ( Instrument Spec )


in this post we will make instrument type, tag, loop, from loop : 001-v-100
referring to this:

B.  Instrument tag ( Tag name/number ) & Loop Number
1. create tag SDV > Edit > tag number > new tag number or click down left corner

2. After tag number has been made then intools show window of loop name, but careful on this season. because the loop name gonna generate automatic, the first tag number as it reference, example:
SDV and the Loop-S-100, so we need to change it manually

3. Create new loop or we can use the edit toolbar > Loop Number > New Loop Number.

4. type no the blank column, exmaple on " create new ". on instrumentation column  type choose intrument that we been made.

5. Click new > type on line number  > choose on each column > OK

6.we been finished tag number SDV-100 where been fused in loop 001-v-100, we can made in same way for tag SDY-100,Zsc-100,ZSO-100, ZIC-100, and ZIO-100

+++ in this post we will make instrument type, tag, loop, from loop : 001-v-100
referring to this :

A. Instrument Type
1. Create SDV : klik Index > Table > Instrument type > on Process function choose general > new > type like no. 6 "SDV" > P1 = Project 1 ( to differentiate with the other )

2. on general tab > location, choose field & beacuse SDV as a valve not have I/O on tab wiring control just empty it > apply > OK.

3. SDV has benn made > apply > OK

4. Create SDY > Process function > General > new > type like no.3 > Profile

5. on general tab > system I/O type: DO > Location field

6. on wiring & control system tab > follow this picture:

7. continues with :

8. wiring for SDY has been made > apply > ok

for instrument type SDV & SDY already done, but for ZSC, ZSO, ZIC, & ZIO not yet ( See +++ )
to create ZSC & ZSO ( I/O = DI ) the to making it is the same like making SDY ( I/O = DO )

to create ZIC dan ZIO ( without I/O beacuse soft tag ) is the same way like making SDV ( without I/O becuase it is a valve )

Run intools V6 program & gonna show up window login Intools :

copy username DBA & paste to the password column > OK
gonna show up display window:

gonna pop up little window of project that we gonna work of it
at this time i chosed crude project 1
